Did you know humans were brewing beer before writing had been
invented? Grogg had to use smoke signals to tell Ogg his Stegosaurus Stout
had a smooth yet smokey taste with hints of coffee and a slightly woody finish.
Ogg replied, "Ugg! Bunga booga! Mmmmm!" which was
Caveman for "Damn straight, homeboy!"
Brewer Jeremy Carlson takes a bit more scientific approach to brewing than our
knuckle-dragging ancestors.
To paraphrase an old saying, "Using a web site to describe beer is like trying
to explain architecture through interpretive dance." You have to taste our brews to really appreciate
just how goodalicious they are. Regardless, we're going to take a stab at describing our beers
anyway (we'll hold off on the dancing for now, or at least until we've had a few Sock Knockers):
Karlsson Brews...
Pioneer Pilsner
Revenue Rye
Wildcat IPA
Sock Knocker Scotch Ale
Industrial Porter
Karlsson brews are available to-go in 64 oz. "growler" jugs, just $15 the first time
with $11 refills. We also have a selection of guest taps, cyder, and wine by the glass. |
