Named after local landmark Wildcat Mountain, our IPA has the kind of hoppy aroma and bite that would win gold if the Olympics had a beer garden.

Sitting squarely in the middle of the beer color spectrum — between our Pioneer Pilsner on the left and our Industrial Porter on the right — it's got a classic golden-red hue that's pure love at first sight.

Our Wildcat IPA sits at a respectable 7.2% alcohol by volume, and few things go better with it than a Scotch egg.

IPA, short for India Pale Ale, gets its name from a long journey. Hops are a natural preservative, and English brewers added extra hops to their pale ales so they could survive the long sail voyage around the Horn of Africa, on their way to India. (Source: WikiPedia).
